If the touch feature doesn’t work correctly it may be that the touch of the device didn't have the time to recalibrate.
In fact, every time the faceplate is removed the device needs to recalibrate. In order to ensure this to happen, we suggest you both remove and attach the faceplate with the Main Power turned off.
If this is not possible, make a soft reset from the iotty app: go on the device setting after you attach the faceplate and select "Restart device".
