Currently, Alexa does not allow you to manage the partial opening/closing of blinds by voice control.
In any case you can still use Alexa to customise the degree to which your blinds are opened and closed via the Scenario function on the iotty app:
-connect iotty to Alexa
-open the iotty app and go to the Scenario section;
-assign a name to the new Scenario you have created;
-add the command and select open/close
-move the open/close slider and set the percentage you desire.
All done!
To run the scenario you have set via Alexa use the following command:
"Alexa turn on *name of scenario*”
